    • Legacy Restaurant & Grille Roombanquet Facility

      Thank you for your interest in the Legacy Restaurant & Grille Room. Our facility, with its gorgeous view of Sweetbriar Golf Course, is a great setting to host your function. Our professional staff will work with you on every detail to ensure that this is a memorable occasion.

    • Coming From the East or West?

      Take I-90 to Nagel Road and follow Nagel Road North. Turn West onto Chester Road. Turn North onto Jaycox Road and Legacy will be on the left side after you cross the railroad tracks.

    • Food and Beverage Policy

      Legacy does not allow outside food or beverage to be brought onto the premises. The only exception is cakes for special occasions. There will be a $2 per person fee for cutting and serving the cake. In accordance with our State Liquor License, alcoholic beverages must be purchased in the banquet facility and are not permitted to be brought in. All prices are subject to change.

    • Service Charges

      A 20% service charge and applicable sales tax will be added to your final bill. If the event is tax exempt Legacy must have the tax exempt number on file before the event.

    • Attention

      While we try to appease everyone here at Legacy/Sweetbriar, please keep in mind it is not a playground. If children are attending your party, let them know they are not permitted to run around unattended, inside or out. There are many dangers children can encounter, and no one is more interested in your child's safety than you.

  • Procedures

    • Once a date is finalized a contract will be prepared.

      The contract will outline all estimated charges based on the anticipated attendance numbers. Legacy requires the contract to be signed and returned with a $100 deposit to secure the date. If the event is cancelled, the deposit will be refunded up to two weeks prior to planned date. Otherwise, the deposit will be deducted from final bill.

    • A $200 room fee will be charged on parties with fewer than 40 adults.

      If the banquet room is booked, the dining room may be available, depending on time and day of party. A $200 room fee will be charged, regardless of how many adults are in your party.

    • We request the person in charge of the event provide us with an exact count for each entree and provide each guest place setting with an entree selection indicator.

    • If choosing more than one entree, we need the correct number of each entree 7 days before the event. During the Month of December we require confirmation up to 2 weeks prior to event.

    Thank you for your interest in the Legacy Restaurant & Grille Room. Our Facility, with Its Gorgeous View of Sweetbriar Golf Course, is a great setting to host your function. Our Professional Staff Will Work with You on every detail to ensure that this is a memorable occasion

    • Coming From the East or West

      Take I-90 to Exit 155/Nagel Road and Follow Nagel Road North. Turn West onto Chester Road. Turn North onto Jaycox Road. Legacy will be on the left hand side after you cross the railroad tracks

    • Food and Beverage Policy

      Legacy does not allow outside food or beverage to be brought onto the premises. The only exception is cakes for special occasions. There will be a $2 per person fee for cutting and serving the cake. In accordance with our state liquor license, alcoholic beverages must be purchased in the banquet facility and are not permitted to be brought in

    • Procedures

      Once a date is finalized a contract will be prepared. The contract will outline all estimated charges based on the anticipated attendance numbers. Legacy requires the contract to be signed and returned with a $100 deposit to secure the date. If the event is cancelled, the deposit will be refunded up to two weeks prior to planned date. Otherwise, the deposit will be deducted from final bill. A $200 room fee will be charged on parties with fewer than 40 adults. This does not include children 12 and under. If the banquet room is booked, the dining room may be available, depending on time and day of party. A $200 room fee will be charged, regardless of how many adults are in your party. We request the person in charge of the event provide us with an exact count for each entree and provide each guest place setting with an entree selection indicator

    • Service Charges

      A 20% service charge and applicable sales tax will be added to your final bill. If the event is tax exempt Legacy must have the tax exempt number on file before the event

    • Attention

      While we try to appease everyone here at legacy/sweetbriar, please keep in mind it is not a playground. If children are attending your party, let them know they are not permitted to run around unattended, inside or out. There are many dangers children can encounter, and no one is more interested in your child's safety than you
